What if I want to make withdrawal before the stipulated time?
Ans: You cannot make withdrawal before the stipulated time, instead register for monthly Savings where you can make withdrawal at any time but one day will be deducted upon withdrawal
In the case of death, who will be the beneficiary?
Ans: The next of kin whose detailed information is with us in the course of registration will be the beneficiary.
What if I am no longer interested in the food/ items, and I need a refund?
Ans: It is possible within the first six months, after that you will have to wait till the end of the year.
How do I get my food/items outside Rivers State?
Presently, our representatives are in FCT (Abuja), Lagos, Oyo, Delta, Bayelsa, Kwara, Edo and Kogi states.
When does registration starts/ends?
Registration starts 2nd week of December and ends on 31st of March (Food/Items only).
How do I locate your office?
Ans: Our office is located at No. 25 Rumuokwachi Town, beside OSPAC office, along Ozuoba-Ogbogoro road
Can you deliver items to any part of the country?
Ans: No, we only handle delivery within Rivers State for now.
How do I get my food/items outside Rivers State?

Can I pay for two (2) packages at the same time?
Ans: No, we at Chenemona want you to be a master of one before heading to another package.
